The Happiness Project
Last month, Robert Holden, the founder of The Happiness Project was speaking at the Inspired Entrepreneurs Club in London. His topic was Success Intelligence. Many people strive for success without a real understanding of what it truly is to them. The same can be said for many people’s approach to leadership and the need to really understand what success definition is used by each person in a team. Potential2Achieve Launch Free Business Performance Review Methodology
One of our core values here at Potential2Achieve is having a focus on finding and fixing the underlying cause of problems as well as alleviating the symptoms. To assist in identifying and analysing the causes we have designed and built a business performance review methodology.

The Myth of Non-Directive Coaching
The European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) hosted a seminar at the end of January to debate the appropriate approach to coaching specifically when working with senior executives. Steve Nicklen who is the current EMCC Director of Ethics and Research opened the discussion by tabling the following: Coaches in organisations most often see their role as non-directive support and this is reinforced by the HR Departments but is this the right approach for savvy, senior executives who live life in the fast lane?
